Drive-in racking for the warehouse is a frame shelving system whose main bearing element are brackets that guide trays.
Drive-in racking offers the possibility of formation of shelving systems unlimited both in length and depth, enabling rational use of the warehouse space. The relative space utilization factor can be as high as 70%, which is 25% more efficient than projects with frontal shelving. Drive-in racks contribute to efficient management of large volumes of goods on racks, including in sub-zero storage conditions.
Drive-in racks can also be of through design, in which case the loading is done from one side of the racking system and the unloading from the other side. These racks are called drive-through racks. They allow working from both sides at the same time, thereby increasing the speed of cargo handling. Drive-in systems are designed for pallet storage (pallets), manual stacker and perfectly save space in the room.
