Biocad is an international innovative full cycle biotechnology company. Before the project implementation, the task was to equip a loading area at the warehouse of a pharmaceutical manufacturer. The goods are shipped on pallets; the average pallet weight is 700 kg.

TASK SOLUTION

In order to optimize the shipment process, gravity flow pallet racking is installed. The channel depth is 5 and 6 pallet positions. The structure height is 3.8 m, 2 tiers. The gravity flow racking capacity is 88 pallet po-sitions. As a result of the project im-plementation, the goods shipment process has been optimized, labor costs have been reduced, and the or-der processing speed has increased.
