Project objectives

It is necessary to combine the storage of piece goods on the lower tier with pallet storage on the upper tiers of the racks. At the same time, both small-piece and large-sized goods should be stored at the bottom. It is also required to restrict access to some of the goods on the lower tier.

Solutions and benefits for the client

The shelving structure combines lightweight shelving racks on the lower tier and 6 upper tiers of pallet storage. The lower tier is equipped with high-strength protective elements. To prevent the loss of small goods, special metal panels have been developed that are attached to the side and back of the cell. Cardboard boxes of a certain size with dividers inside are designed for small-piece goods.To restrict access to individual SMK racks, doors are installed that are attached to the frames of the front racks and locked with a key.
